Kaju katli (also known as Kaju Katri or Kaju barfi) is an Indian sweet similar to a barfi.
It is made from cashews, sugar, cardamom powder and pure-butter ghee. It is typically cut into rhombus shapes and covered with edible silver foil, varakh.[1]
